By accessing and using MoneyTrakr.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

MoneyTrakr provides tools for tracking and analyzing your financial transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Data Rights: You own your data. You may export your transactions or delete your entire account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page.

3. Data Accuracy and Risk

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Service, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

MoneyTrakr is a data visualization and tracking tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. MoneyTrakr is not a financial planner, broker, or tax advisor. The Service is intended only to assist you in your financial organization and decision-making and is broad in scope. Your personal financial situation is unique, and any information and advice obtained through the Service may not be appropriate for your situation. Any financial decisions made based on the Service are the sole responsibility of the user.

Assumption of Risk: You use MoneyTrakr at your own risk. While we implement strong security measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that no internet-based service is perfectly secure and that data loss or security breaches, while rare, can occur. You are responsible for the security of the files you download from your financial institutions and the devices you use to access the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

MoneyTrakr is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All plans start with a 14-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not provide refunds for partial months or years of service.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You are solely responsible for the transaction files you upload to the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyTrakr and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Limitation Cap: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, our cumulative liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

7. Aggregated & De-Identified Data

We may use anonymized, aggregated data (which cannot be linked back to you) for the purpose of improving our algorithms and service performance. We will never sell your individual transaction data to third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website or via email.
